Anarchy vs government and a resource based economy

This time I will talk about anarchy vs government and a resource based economy and see how it fits together so let’s start.

When people hear the word anarchy they are most of the time thinking of chaos and violence and riots on the street, that is not anarchy. We have deliberately been lied to when it comes to the true meaning of the word because of what it stands for which is no rulers, no masters.

What anarchy isn’t about:
Every man for himself
No rules
Chaos
Violence

What anarchy is about:
Equal rights
Rules based on natural law (Do no harm or cause another loss)
Order
Self-ownership
Responsibility

The question of anarchy have never been about the way we organize ourselves, it’s always been about having equal human rights and live accordingly. If people come up with questions like “Who will builds the roads?” or “Who will take care of the poor?” then what they are actually saying is “Who will……. if everyone has equal rights?” Do people seriously think that the only way of building roads or taking care of the poor or having some form of education system is by stealing the money from people under the threat of putting them in cages? If we would to remove the idea of government from people’s minds we would still have the knowledge, resources and people. The only thing that needs to go is the idea that some people claim to have moral rights that other people don’t have. If I don’t have the moral right to boss you around and tell you what you can and cannot do with your life and body then nobody on earth can claim such a right because nobody can delegate a right which they don’t have to somebody else or to a group of people.

To claim the right to control another person is to claim ownership of that persons body, that is also what slavery is. Ask yourself this, do you own your body today? Do you? Your body is the most important property and to have someone else telling you what you can and cannot do with it is a violation of your inherent human rights. An example would be that if you bought a house and I would come home to you and start telling you what you can and cannot do with your own house. Most likely you would just throw me out of the house because you are the owner of the house right? Now the same thing goes with your own body, anyone claiming that you cannot do something with your own body and property is making a claim of ownership. What instantly comes to mind is the question of prohibition because prohibition is the claim of ownership of another persons body which is also what slavery is. All prohibitions except murder, theft and abuse is a violation of human rights and also what slavery is all about.

Maybe this will clear up a few misconceptions of the word anarchy and what it’s really about. It’s about the respect of human rights where people live in coexistence based on voluntary interactions and responsibility where true solidarity can grow from the compassion that we claim to have towards one another. People often claim that we need government to protect our rights but what is our rights and where do they come from if government didn’t create them. Well we are born with them, a right is an action that does not cause harm or loss to another sentient being. Now let’s look at the concept of government shall we.

The concept of government relies on the use of coercion because without the use of coercion, who would ever obey the commands issued by their masters. Now what is coercion but the initiation of coercive force against someone which is a violent act. What is a violent act if not an act that goes against human rights because as explained before, a right is an action that does not cause harm or loss to another sentient being. Conclusion of all this is that “Governments protects rights” is an oxymoron, a contradiction of terms. It’s like saying that someone or something is immorally moral, it’s double speak. What is more disturbing is that people actually believe that government is real, it’s not. It’s an idea that people act upon that only exist within the minds of the people.

Another way of putting it would be to use Santa Claus as an example. Just because some people believe in Santa Claus and act on it doesn’t make it real, it just makes people delusional and superstitious which in the case of government makes people commit violence against their fellow man. What am I saying then. I am saying that if people would to recognize what rights are and fully understand it, they would instantly stop acting out their delusions of grandeur where they think that forcing ideas upon people through a third party is acceptable and moral if we just call it government and elections instead of mafia and coercion.

I can also prove that governments have never been, is or can ever be legitimate with a simple question. Can you delegate a right which you don’t have to somebody else or a group of people? No you can’t which makes the entire discussion about the legitimacy of government come to an end. If I don’t have the right to control and boss people around and tell them what they can and cannot do with their body and life then no one on earth can make such claim. We are all born with equal rights and here is a nice quote from George Carlin about rights and privileges. “A right is not a right if it can be taken away, it is a privilege.”

The definition of a resource based economy is as followed: In a Resource Based Economy all goods and services are available to all people without the need for means of exchange such as money, credits, barter or any other means. For this to be achieved all resources must be declared as the common heritage of all Earth’s inhabitants. Equipped with the latest scientific and technological marvels, mankind could reach extremely high productivity levels and create abundance of resources.

We need to shift perspectives on things in order to gain a new understanding because you cannot keep the same perspective of government and money and work with the new principles of anarchy and a resource based economy. If people are actively doing what they like and want to do then their actions itself creates the services and goods that the people want and need. As things progress today when it comes to our technological evolution it also creates a technological unemployment which is a good thing. It means that we need to work less in order to produce the same things and as more things gets automated the more we are free to do what we want instead of what we are forced to do. Tasks that are boring and that nobody would care to do could be automated by different models of robots or automation processes. But in order to get this to work in the long run we would have to switch to a completely new economic model because if technology removes more and more of our work then that means that it’s getting harder and harder to get a job that gives you an income that would support your current state of living.

If people can’t work for a living then the economic model needs to change accordingly and it’s make perfect sense. If things are getting easier to do then we need a system that supports that as well and a resource based economy is just that. Instead of focusing on accumulating wealth we would first focus on creating access to resources and of new and better ways of doing things. As we get more time for creative solutions the less we are in need for work and more time for expressing ourselves which is our most natural thing to do. There is already great progress being made in the views of resourced based economy and we only need to look at the concept of open source. More and more things are getting open source. Web platforms, Operating System, Energy devices, News, Cars, Technology in different forms etc. It is only our own limits that we put upon ourselves that limits the progress and possibilities of the future. In short a resource based economy differs from a money driven economy in the sense that things would be created more on demand and efficiently than in a money driven economy where many things gets produced in numbers that are far greater than the demand and also profit driven which creates big landfills of unused items. Technology itself is not the complete answer because without our moral and ethical standpoint behind it, it could be very disastrous and dangerous if used in the wrong way. Technology is not inherently good or bad, it is how we choose to use it that decides the outcome. I know that things needs to change if we are gonna create a better world and what better place to start than with the truth, morality and ethics. As a note I would suggest that in order for anything like this to happen we need to raise the global consciousness a lot more and that requires people with understanding of natural law and a resource based economy to educate others and themselves. I have to admit that I don’t have all the answers when it comes to a resource based economy but I have started myself to think along these lines and the more I think about it the more it makes sense, maybe it will do for you if you are just willing to open yourself to the possibility.

The best way to know if something is wrong in a society is by making an example of it between two people, if something is wrong between two people it is still wrong even when everyone is included. To try and make the justification that something “needs” to be done even when it’s wrong in order for things to work, then that something only creates more violence and disorder because it supports immoral behavior. In other words, any form of justification creates more problems than it solves.

The word justification itself is in latin “to make/create a right”. Since no human being can create or remove a right then the whole concept of justification is faulty and can never be legitimate. After all we are born with equal rights and a right is an action that does not cause harm or loss to another sentient being. Another way of putting: “to believe that something is a necessary evil is to believe that evil is necessary”.
Now whatever you might think when it comes to solving problems you have to respect the objective truth and what is right and wrong if you are to call yourself to be one that is after what is right. Solidarity and care for others cannot be achieved by the use of extortion and theft for example. You really don’t care about people if you are at the same time supporting the theft and extortion of them at the same time, that is not how it works.

The one who truly cares about his fellow brothers and sisters around the earth is one who is respecting them enough to make their own decisions in life with full responsibility of their actions. True solidarity is by helping someone personally, not by using a third party that is exercising extortion and oppression. If you support extortion and oppression of others through a third party called “the state” then the least you can do is to be honest enough and do the crime yourself instead of asking others to do it for you. If a system is built on the premise that extortion and oppression is necessary in order to work then that system is clearly a bad system. A good system is one who respects the sovereignty of every man / woman / child and that is built on trust and fellowship rather than coercion and oppression. I might not have all of the answers to all of the problems that exist in this world, I might not even have all of the answers in one particular subject, but I do know that stealing the free will or causing harm to another sentient being is wrong.

I do not require a PhD in economics and sociology either to figure out that the use of coercion is wrong in all circumstances. If we are to bring about a new and better way of life we have to get rid of the dogmas that we have been living with for thousands and thousands of years, because you cannot solve today’s problems with the same level of thinking that created them. We have to look towards new economic models such as a resource based economy for example and also respect the inherent rights of all and start to think in terms of anarchy, self-ownership, true individual sovereignty, natural law and abundance.
